Maine Hindu Temple is celebrating Sri Ganesh Chaturthi from 16thWednesday to 19th Saturday Sep, 2015.  Sri Ganesh Chaturthi is also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi is one of the many important Hindu festivals celebrated throughout the world with a great devotion. This day is celebrated as the birthday of Lord Ganesha, the elephant-headed, remover of obstacles, the symbol of wisdom, prosperity, good fortune,  the God of beginnings and wisdom. MHT takes this opportunity to thank all the volunteers and with the confirmation of Poojari, with great pleasure and enthusiasm MHT invites all the community members along with family and friends for the Sri Ganesh Chaturthi 2015 Celebration and pray to Lord Ganesha for inner spiritual strength to attain success in all your undertakings!!! The program details are as below: 16th Wednesday 6.00 pm                        Sri Ganesh Stapana, Ashtothram and Nivedanam 7.30 pm                        Sri Ganasha Aarti 7.45 pm                        Offering Maha Laddu 8.00 pm                        Maha Prasad distribution 8.30 pm                        Cleaning 17th Thursday 6.30 pm                        Sri Ganapathi Pooja 18th Friday 6.30 pm                        Sri Ganapathi Pooja 19th Saturday 4.00 pm onward             Poojari Pandit Lakshmana Sastry is performing Visarjan Devotees are welcome to bring prasadam, flowers and fruits during Sri Ganesh Chaturthi from 16th Wednesday to 19th Saturday Sep, 2015 We need volunteers for the above event.
