The Bhagavad Gita literally meaning the Song of the Bhagavan, is a 700-verse scripture in 18 chapters that is part of the epic Mahabharatha. The Gita is set in a narrative framework of a dialogue between Arjuna and his guide and charioteer Lord Krishna. The Bhagavad Gita is often regarded as the greatest of all the ‘Upanishads’. The Bhagavad Gita presents a synthesis of Jnana, Bhaksthi, Karma and Raja Yoga. Let us participate in it, take all the benefits of it and cross the world of miseries easily by HIS grace.

All devotees are requested to participate in the Bhagavad Gita Parayanam chanting. Please RSVP as soon as possible to confirm your attendance.

All community members are encouraged to bring flowers and prasad for the Bhagavad Gita Parayanam program. Please email or call (207) 370-0475 if anyone needs more details or clarifications. Thank you for your continued support.
